I am anxious to be able to use the facility as soon as 
possible after engineering checkout. I hope there will be 
time available for individual projects and serendipity.

I think it would be very desirable to have two live webcams 
pointing N-S or E-W so we can see the viewing conditions on 
the mountain on an independent website.

I do not know if Bill and Martha Liller are at Cerro Tololo.
I would think they would make an exception for an ATMoB 
member.
