a friend of mine picked me up a pair of 16x70 Russian binoculars at a
flea market in Estonia. The brand escapes me right now but it was
something beginning with a k and I've seen it advertised for sale on
the net for about $150. Unfortunately, they were out of collimation
and I've found out how to collimate them (off center rings on the
objectives) but I haven't been able to find anything on the
collimation process (i.e. how do I know when I'm done). Any
information on testing binocular collimation would be most welcome.
