Joe, et al:
During the 1950's, the Boston Museum of Science held a fund raiser for the
Hayden Planetarium and sold not only individual stars but also entire
constellation names. Everyone understood that this was a tongue-in-cheek
promotion.
The ATMOB owns the southern constellation of "Telescopium". For many years
there was a list posted at BMOS with the donor names and what they
owned. The original deed should be in the ATMOB archives.
Shall we sue this new company for reselling our property?

P.S. How high in the air above my property in Burlington do I own or have
air rights?
I am continually plagued by Hanscom Field planes passing overhead at a few
hundred feet altitude.

Clear Dark Skies. Paul
