According to regulations of the state Attorney General, it is an unfair
trade practice to fail to disclose to a buyer or prospective buyer any
fact the disclosure of which may have influenced the buyer or prospective
buyer not to enter into the transaction.

The AG could sue to stop them from soliciting business in the
Commonwealth. Any of their customers, on learning the truth about their
operation, could try to sue them for damages, possibly treble damages,
and attorneys fees and might even be able to bring a class action against
them and have them enjoined from further deceptive practices.
