   I too am coming from Cambridge and want to view the 
Leonids on early Sunday morning, November 18 -- being at 
the site by 3:30 - 4:00 am, through dawn.

  I am bring two other non-astronomers with me, and we 
wish for a dark sky site. Mentioned previously were the 
4th hole of the Petersham golf course, and around 
Harvard MA.

  Several questions:

1. How to best get to Petersham golf course, preferably 
off Rt 2;
2. Exactly where in Harvard, for an outsider, would be a 
good spot to view the Leonids, esp. so not to cause 
upset to neighbors or authorities... where can one get a 
good view on a hill, etc?
3. Other good sites west of Boston are welcome...
  I suspect these sites are better than the Clubhouse 
site, which does get some light interference......
