MapQuest's web site can give you a map of the area surround a given
latitude and longitude.  I realize that this is more or less the
inverse of what you are looking for, but if you have know an
approximate latitude and longitude you can get to a map of the
general area, but slight off, and you can refine the latitude and
longitude numbers until you get the map centered on what you want.
  - Go to http://www.mapquest dot com
  - Click on the "MAPS" link.
  - Click on the "Latitude / Longitude" link.
  - Enter the latitude and longitude either as degrees, minutes, and
    seconds, or as decimal degrees.  Remember that north latitude is
    positive and west longitude is negative.
